Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before you book your treatment

​Rescheduling

Rescheduling your appointment once is possible free of charge if 48 hours’ notice is given.

Rescheduling your appointment with 24 hours’ notice or less will result in 100% of the booking fee being forfeited.

A new appointment will then need to be booked with normal booking fee conditions applied.

If a semi-permanent 6-week touch up is rescheduled the same rules as above apply and a £50 fee will need to be paid to book another appointment time.

If rescheduling via message this needs to be done during working hours to be considered.  If outside of working hours this will be shown as read during working hours the next day.

​Frequent rescheduling and no shows, regardless of your reasons, will result in refusal of future bookings.​

Cancellations

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.  The amount of the booking fee varies according to the treatment you are having.  The amount is deducted from your final treatment cost. This is non-refundable under any circumstances and is required to secure your booking time and confirm your commitment to attending your appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason your booking fee will be forfeited if you do not wish to transfer it to another treatment. 

Please ensure you have checked you are suitable for any treatment before you make your booking.  Under 18, Pregnant, Breastfeeding, Previous Semi Permanent Make Up and Some Medical Conditions are considered contraindications and are not suitable for most treatments.  If you make your booking without checking or researching your booking fee will be forfeited if you cannot transfer it to another treatment or held for your preferred treatment when you are able to have it.

If you are cancelling a scheduled semi-permanent 6 week touch up appointment​ without sufficient notice (48 hours) an extra £50 non-refundable fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Additional Information

A semi-permanent 6 week top up is the client’s responsibility to book.  If you miss this timeline a new booking fee/treatment will be required depending on the amount of top up needed.  This will be discussed on an individual basis at time of appointment.

Card payments only are accepted.

GDPR

It is a legal requirement to document the personal information we keep for all our clients.  When you make your booking your full name and contact details are taken along with medical history and consent to treatment.  These records are kept private and confidential, and it is your right to request to see these at any time.

Any information you give is never given to third parties or used in any other way apart from anything relating to your treatment.

Emails are sometimes sent for any offers we may have but we aim to adhere to GDPR rules and any changes.

All information you give must legally be kept by us for five years or will result in our insurance being void.
